I hope Cam turns it around. I don't even think Panthers fans are necessarily upset with his sophomore slump as much as they are how depressed he comes across. Sitting with a towel over his head after an INT, not studying with his OC, closing his eyes and seeming like he just lost his dog in press conferences.

A positive attitude is infectious, he needs to step up and act like the leader.

They both performed reasonably well their first year - Cam statistically, Vince moreso by winning games. Both won BCS national championships and went on to win NFL rookie of year.

The similarity so far is the woe is me, depressive kind of behavior. They both have been called out for their dejected attitudes when things start not to go well. I hope Cam doesn't flake out and lose his job eventually like VY did.

His attitude / leadership skills need to improve fast. Yesterday I saw him celebrate a little too much after one big play. Next play......INT.

At 22 and very mobile he still has great potential. Just needs to get his head straight.

vince young won lot of games because he was playing for a far better team. Tennesse defense was very good when he played.

Whereas for cam, carolina team as a whole sucks. Their defense is pathetic. Even if you put brady on this team, they will still lose. Its not cams fault that they are losing.

True but Cam makes himself the story. He should just suck it up, be the face of the franchise ownership wants, and let others make the excuses for him.
