    I nead help with BetGameDay!
    I am a new in sports bet and I dont now what to do. I have a problem with withdraw 5000usd from BetGameDay, please Bill help me, they dont want speak with me in live chat, thay always terminate live chat session. And I sent them today e-mail, but I think thay will ignor it, like thay ignor me in live chat, here are my e-mail to beygameday:


    Dear Steve, 25.06.2006 I sent to betgameday e-mail with bank wire withdraw:

    27.06.2006 in my account history I see that you make withdraw and charge me for withdraw with 40usd. 30.06.2006 I go to my bank for cash and my bank told me that thay cant credit my account, the reason is that funds arrive to them with incorrect account number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I immediately inform betgemeday of this by e-mail. Now is 6 working day how you now about this and nothing do, the reason I thinks so is I today check with my bank and thay confirm that didn’t get any information with correct account number from you. And now is 9 working days how I wait my bank wire withdraw, by rules of betgameday bank wire withdraw mast credited for my account for max 7 working days, why you broke betgameday rules? When I deposit to you by bank wire its take 2 working days to cleared my transactions, and what I see when I make withdraw? I see that I make withdraw 25.06.2006 and till now 07.07.2006 you don’t make it, if you want tell me something about transaction to account XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I don’t want hear nothing about it, I don’t now where you get this account number in my e-mail as you can see I give you account ********************. Why you always try to put local finance problem of betgameday on me? And on your site you have A+ finance label, I think that this mean that customers funds are always ready to withdraw, but till now I see that you are always ready only for deposit. Yesterday Renata told me in live chat that I mast wait near 10 working days for my withdraw, that mean I wait 9 working days and wait more 10 days = 19 working days. Why deposit 2 working days and withdraw 19 working days? I have finance plans and cant wait, I want you today make my bank wire withdraw 5000usd and sent to me papers that confirm that, if you have any problems with bank wire withdraw as I see, I want you make my withdraw 5000usd by Western Union and put all Western Union fee on person that make mistake with my account number. Please don’t delay with answer for this e-mail.

          Hi Elena,

          Gameday is waiting for the $5,000 to be sent back from your bank in Russia. Apparanlty they were supposed to precede the account number with a zero?

          They have credited your account with the $40.00. Please keep us posted.

            Thanks Bill that you are try help me. For me problem is not in 40usd. Problem is that thay did not make withdraw with data that I provide them, but thay mast do this and by thay rules thay have a time frame to do this, now this frame is end and nothing is done. That thay make transaction to incorrect bank account number is not my problem, I give them correct account number this is local finance betgameday problem, that thay put on me, I think this is not correct. Now thay wait $5,000 to be sent back from bank in Russia, but why I mast wait, what I do wrong? Why I mast pay for mistakes that betgameday makes? The min time thay nead to make my withdraw is 19 working days and I am afraid think a bout max time thay nead! And why thay always terminate live chat session when I try speak with them, dont answer for my e-mails? I understand that BetGameDay is sponsor of SBR, but I think that it will be correct to down grade there are finance rating!

              Dear Elena,

              Let me start by stating that I completely understand your frustration with regard to this matter. We have admitted that we are at fault with regard to your payout, an experienced Customer Service agent simply made a mistake by posting an incorrect bank account number on the bank wire request.

              Our bankers, Barclays UK, are in the process of tracing the wire and as I am sure you can appreciate the process does take some time. We do know that the funds are being held by the Finansbank (Moscow), the funds were received at your bank, but were not allocated to you due to the incorrect banking information. Barclays have asked your bank to transfer the funds to you rather than go through the lengthy process of returning the wire to us, but as yet have not received a response from them. As soon as they do we will contact you.

              Again, please accept our sincere apologies in this matter, let me assure you that we will process your payout as soon as possible. I have reimbursed the cost of the wire to your sportsbook account due to this inconvenience.

                Steve, you tell me "Our bankers, Barclays UK, are in the process of tracing the wire", Barclays are in the process of this for 6 working days, but in practice its take 2 working days for 2 banks to connect using SWIFT, for this time Barclays can connect with my bank for 3 times, (today I check with my bank and my bank confirm that till now Barclays dont connect with them) I always ask you to sent papers that confirm that, but till now you dont do this. why? My bank sent to Barclays 2 inquiry of correct account numbers( if you dont belive me I can go to my bank and take copy of this inquiry and sent to you) , first was sent 29.06.2006 (7 workings days ago), but till now have now answer from Barclays, why? And Sreve, whats this mean "Customer Service agent simply made a mistake by posting an incorrect bank account number on the bank wire request.", this is local problem of betgameday, why you put it on me? I cant wait I nead my funds, why I mast pay for mistake of betgamedays customer servise? Why you can simply made mistake but cant simply make new transaction? Why operators in live chat terminate live chat sesion when I try speak wheth them about withdraw? I want you sent to me pappers that confirm that Barclays sent changes of account number to my bank by SWIFT, if you cant do this sent to me papers that confirm that you make new transaction.

                  It would be real simple for the book to just initiate a new bank wire. It is messed up that they have you waiting on due to their mistake that could be corrected much quicker than the way they are drawing it out. Good luck getting it semi quick.
