Couldn't agree more.

I was saying he should have been gone years ago, but nobody in Berkeley was hearing it. The most inconsistent team in football. I never bet Cal, VT, or GT. Way too unpredictable. Hiring Pendergast should have made that defense beastly, but not even close.

He gets more talent and does less with it year in year out than any coach in the country! Must be nice to be a coach in a area where no one cares and they get to play in Heineken, midas, holiday bowl every yr with 6 mediocre wins. End rant

Last time I was in SF, I Heard Cal was dumping alot of money in making their football facilities on par with almost anyone's in the country. Hopefully they get a first rate coach to match, although the limp wristers in Berkley would probably rather make excuses for Tedford than take decisive action against him.

Tedford made Cal but his days are over. Time for a change. Him riding inconsist lefty Maynard is killing the team. Maynard could never kick is bad habit of throwing. Should never mortage the team just soley on the guy. Give other players a chance. The backups might actually be better.
