The 7' foot guy they got from Gonzaga isn't that bad actually. He's tough and can get rebounds off the bench....he just has to work on a low post shot. And from the looks of it Jodie Meeks has a solid three point shot as a catch and shoot. Antwaon Jamison is gonna be the X-factor in the secondary unit offense.

Robert Sacre is alright but other than that they really have no depth. Depending on an older Kobe and Nash to carry a team with Howard hopefully staying healthy. Obviously make the playoffs but can't see them beating Miami or OKC.

The problem with the bench isn't offensively. It's defensively. Unless they play Howard extended minutes their bench is going to give up points.

Obv not the best bench in the league but that's 9 deep right there w/ a couple other serviceable guys as well. Ive seen alot worse bench's than that.
Staying healthy is the key for the Lakers.
