The thing you retards don't understand is that the opportunity in this town is worth more than an NBA contract. Take for instance the whole Cliff Paul thing. CP3 wasn't getting those offers in NO. I guarantee he is making at least 2 mil to do those commercials. They're probably paying him twice for each character. Multiply that with branding deals for every product under the sun, foreign markets, film and you can make triple what your deal is here in LA.

If you took the time to read the article, the Lakers are currently committed to under 30 MM in salary cap money in 2014. He can't easily go to the Clippers or the Knicks because they have more players committed for greater money.

Miami-Dade county is the 6th or 7th most populated county in the US. Ions ahead of whatever counties Tulsa and Omaha are located in. So he's in one of the biggest markets in the nba already. Granted LA is likely the biggest probably followed by NY but leBron doesn't need LA.
