Pointbet payout problems - temporary?

After waiting a week for Moneybookers withdrawals, due to an underfunded merchant account, some players have requested their funds by bank wire. These bank wire transfers have been pending for one week and have not yet been paid

Is one of the best bookies going down or is it just a small accident?

Payouts are going out but slow. Their Moneybookers has been behind for 2 weeks. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if they offered more than 2 payout options. This is odd since soccer is big for them and their lines are fairly sharp.

They suggest they have some internal issue involving moving money. I suggest players test out the bank wire option.

I can add that since about two weeks they don't credit me the promised bonus for my last Moneybookers deposit. Two days ago they wrote me via their internal message system to credit me the bonus 'later today' but again nothing happend. For me that bonus isn't too important and I am happy I managed to lose all my funds I have there with one big bet (winning the same amount in another book) but also this little bonus-thing doesn't create confidence in them... And I really can understand people who still have money there and are not able to withdraw it. Also this one doesn't sound very well:

I've been requesting the bonus too, but they just keep saying that the bonuses are given manually and therefore will take a few days. The first time I asked about it was three weeks ago, and still nothing. Makes me wonder what's going on. I actually think they don't want to give out anymore money that people might end up withdrawing. Has anyone received this 20% World cup bonus?
