A General Comment & A Question

I just want to say that I discovered this site just a few days ago, and it's like something I've been looking for ever since I first got internet access:

A place to talk about sports in general and gambling all rolled into one, so I expect to be hanging around for a while.

Just a quick (and dumb) question:

Altho I can figure out the answer pretty much from the context in which the term is used, what exactly is meant by the term "skin"?

"Skin" has many meanings but I think the one you are referencing has to do with a site that uses the same software and is operated by the same company as another site but has a different look to it. Books use "skins" to market to a wider range of players (different colors, images, words, etc.).
