This all falls on the right wing nut job family that owns the Chargers. They fire Marty Schottenheimer after going 14-2 and then continue to re-up on Norv Turner, who can't finish above .500 with a talent laced team. The Spanos family doesn't give two sh!ts about the Chargers franchise. It's all about money to them. Why people keep supporting the Chargers franchise is beyond me.

As much as I want Norville Redenbacher out of SD this disaster is not his fault. True he needs to be gone and no way in hell does he get an extension!!! Marty, where to begin with that clown, sure he leads us to the playoffs then typical Marty Ball comes out...Run, Run, Run us off out of the playoffs. Then lets not forget when he left Brees in a meaningless game vs the Broncos and Lynch came crashing down on his shoulder. There's a reason he's not currently a coach, he sucks!!! Norv Turner has found a way to turn losing into job security. Think about it, if the Chargers go 10-6 now, thats viewed as good, with Marty 14-2 wasn't enough. Norv lowered expectations.

This may read like a knee-jerk reaction, but the Chargers need to clean house from top to bottom.

They've been thru numerous sideline coaches during Norvs tenure, it is Norvs turn to walk the plank. We could only hope Spanos sells which will never happen, that is until he moves the team to LA.
