like i said, Rivers only went down the field ONCE. he got 3 pts doing nothing and 7 pts making 1 easy throw and decker trips which leads later to a 3rd down mishap that should have never happened in the first place.

Looks to me like Rivers' arm was clearly moving forward from it's furthest point back. what am I missing?

if you have clear possession of the ball when the arm begins its forward motion, that would make it an incomplete pass.

I'd understand if they said ruling "stands" but the "confirmed" part leaves me confused. That seemed way to close to say "confirmed." I've watched the replay 5 times and still think no fumble.
