Take HOU -3 for -142 or -4 for -108. That way you win twice on a HOU win between 5-13. You're already up, hedge and then you can not sweat the game and enjoy your profits.

I believe in hedging if you're looking to just ensure profit but his hedge was a little ridiculous, leaving him only $60 profit on a HOU loss.

It is what it is ... realized this few moments after I placed the bet on how dumb it is to hedge a teaser! I'm new to gambling so all I can say is I live n I learn n that's what seperates the squares from the sharps.
