I just got off the phone with betmania and they are good at stalling payouts.
It has been 2 wks and I have not been paid.
They even told me today to CALL BACK AT 6.

DO NOT DEAL WITH BETMANIA
I am shocked they are not on the hot list on here

I tried to make my first and only withdrawal from that book this week. Forgot I had some money in there from ages ago. I cant even get by the cashier page that asks for your info. I fill it out, hit submit, and nothing happens. Intentional stalling? Haven't felt like dealing with them over the phone to try to get it straightened out yet. Anyone know if they do book to book transfers with any other book?

I did my withdrawals via live chat with them, keep in mind they have this rule:

Requests are accepted by phone or live chat only from Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00p.m. ET;

Also, if you are trying to get the free payout, note this rule:

In order to receive a free payout, the account must be active for a minimum of 30 days, and client must leave a minimum of 20% of their available balance in the account.

I have received my payments from 4-7 Business days from the day I requested payment, although they always say they will take longer, it has never taken as long as they state..

btw, the last time I received funds from them was August 10th, 2012.

They paid me out very nicely before they limited me. I'd recommend using the live chat and playing by their rules. They are on the smaller side so they don't have someone there night and day nor do they process night and day. Give them a little paitence, but they were fair with me.

My 2 cents... first, 2 weeks for a withdrawal is not and I repeat not a slow pay... come on. Some guys may be used to some outfits that offer and deliver payouts same day or same week but seriously... when did 2 weeks become a slow pay.

It didn't, this poster just has hate for the family of books, this books pays real players, I don't see any real SBR complaints against them.

Same deal with BetPhoenix. I requested payout from them a couple of weeks ago in Live Chat. They told it me it would take as long as 3 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to be paid in less than a week.
