totally agree with LTProfits on this one....not to mention the fact that this is the second consecutive long road trip for WV in back to back weeks which doesn't bode well for them....factor in the classic case of an emotional let down after a HUGE win at Texas and I wouldn't be suprised in the least to see Texas Tech upset them and win outright, let alone to cover the +3.5 spread...

They only put up 31 against Maryland and won by 10 at home. 6 of those came on a defensive TD. They can and have played flat or down to their competition this season. Tech at home is no slouch. Tech win wouldnt surprise me.

WVU is in a bad spot here, playing in back to back road games far away from home. Other than hosting this game, Tech isn't necessarily in a good spot either. They usually get up for one or two games a year, and they were really looking forward to their game last week vs OU, in which they were exposed and absolutely deflated. They don't have a whole lot of momentum going into this game, while WVU has plenty and a hot hand at QB also.

Sure, their win in Ames looks better after the Cyclones beat TCU last week, but do how much can you really praise a team for beating three cupcakes and a mediocre big 12 team? oklahoma rolled texas tech like they were a high school team and WVU is just as good as oklahoma if not better. My theory is never make a road fav a large play but for a unit i like WVU
