Chris Carpenter is 9-2 in the playoffs! He is coming back from nerve damage in his neck and they had to take out one of his ribs. This is his 4th start and he has been good but he is one tough SOB and I'd rather have him on the mound than anyone else!

Edwin has been up/down all year. Could go 7IP 1 ER or 4IP 6 ER. He's a young kid, I like Carpenter and his veteran capabilites today

I really don't understand how people think Chris Carpenter who has made three starts all year and was ready to be shut down for the season cause of a major neck injury, and will without a doubt be pitching in major pain, is a sharp play?
