Simple as pie. Saints suck on defense, we know this and Mr.Rivers and Co. will score some. Saints offense is still putting up points, although not as ruthlessly efficient as they were w/Payton on the sideline. They get a team in San Diego that has a weak pass rush with just seven sacks, ranking in the bottom tier of the league. Chargers have played one legit offense and that was Matty Ice & ATL who chewed them up for 27 points. That would have been 28 if not for a botched PAT try. Saints have been in the neighborhood in all their games with 32, 27, 24 and 27. Brees is in line for breaking Johnny Unitas' record for consecutive games with a TD pass. Likely he does it in style and that the Saints put up points tonight regardless of outcome.
