    Huge swing in Nats-Cards game
stl doesn't score with bases loaded and no outs in bottom of 7th

top of 8th nats get a two run single with two outs to take 3-2 lead

terrible, and the pitching change from boggs to the lefty was an awful decision. The SS also had an error which would have ended the inning.

Timely hitting is the name of the game.

true, cards just played extremely tight. their offense has been ice cold for about a month now as well. all their runs against the braves were unearned except for one.

ah well, this could turn out to be the turning point in the series. nats in firm control now.
