I had a last minute bet too - got blank screen after confirming, it never went in. I logged on thru my phone & got it in no probs. Week after week I can get thru on my phone when computer gives me errors, no idea why

How about considering downgrading their A+ rating until they do get it fixed?

As I said in another thread, it's inaction by SBR on stuff like this that leads to opinion that ratings on SBR can be bought...just sayin.
