Better team should at least get 2 guaranteed gates PERiOD at the minimum. They get swept 1 gate. bullshit....

its only for this year to reduce an extra travel day, so we won't be playing into November. mlb didn't start early enough, because the new wild-card playoffs were not officially adapted in till after the schedule had came out.

next year it will go back to the same, 2-2-1 format. in the divisional round of the playoffs

That travel day always worked for teams with stud pitchers-- could go down to 3 man rotation if needed.
