Not a millionare gambler friend. I have about a $25,000 bankroll (personally) I also invest on behalf of two other partners - probably more than a lot of guys here. I manage my money reasonably well, make decent bets and I am on track to make about $35,000 this year. How are you going?
Also buying the package for $10 would indicate that I can afford it, yes?
Also Baskets I tried to give you a play in Sammy's thread - I hope you took it, cashed pretty easy.Comment -

A lot of the sharps that posted plays in the past don't do so as much now, reason being any sharp knows that he'll be wrong at least 40 times in 100 plays, and there will always be 2 or 3 immature dingbats here that never posted a play in their life, Christ they wouldn't even know how to start to handicap any individual event, but feel compelled to post an idiotic smartass comment when a sharps play fails.
Why would any successful sharp, who has demonstrated they have won money for the forum on a consistent basis in the past, want to spend 45 minutes on a write up, after spending 90 minutes breaking down a game subject himself to that?Comment -

#27All the good material is in the archives. Hardly anything of relevance gets posted anymore partially because of the nature of the edges and partially because the info on how to beat the markets is already widely known/redundant to keep posting it. SBR is last out for disputes/degen entertainment otherwise useless in all other areas.
basic list (probably left a couple out by none have many posts/threads anyway)

#29I wouldn't follow anyone here, people should just read the info posted along with other sources to form their own opinions on a game. The posters who scream lock and all that other bs are mainly looking for attention they don't receive in real life.
I do like to read the opinions of k13 however, he seems to actually think about what he says before posting and usually has some good points to make.Comment -

#30Like I said there is no such thing as sharp. There is such a thing as being square however.
WINNING doesnt make you sharp, everyone is going to win sometime. Winning THE MOST with what is offered is the key.
Any fool can take a team +5, it takes a bit more to take that same team +180 (or more if they are really smart/'sharp'). Also knowing what teams to take points with and what teams to take SU is another indication of who is smarter than the average player.
Thats why I laugh at people who say guys in the stink tank are bright. Because they always play the same way every time no variation.
I just perused the first page, what a load of shit in there, as usual.
As far as posting plays and all that nonsense. I did it for awhile way back when. I stopped, no sense. But I have thrown out a few plays here and there and am now posting the system plays. My 'record' is pretty awesome actually. But I dont brag about it or put it in some box somewhere. It is what it is. That doesnt even count the NBA last year where I gave out some go with teams and some go against teams who had combined ATS records somewhere in the 65% range on the blind.
Does that make me 'sharp'? No it shows I have a brain and an independent thought and shows I have the ability to look at things and figure out a long term way to use what I know to make money.
Final comment, anyone that uses the term market or thinks sports gambling is like the stock market is the biggest square fool there is. No ifs and or buts about it. Those guys are total followers and will by the nature of how to win at gambling never win long term because they will never ever get the best price on any wagers they make. Nor will they recognize actual 'value' when it slaps them in the face because they will be too busy trying to get in on the steam side of the line, because they bet as if the steam side has no chance of losing ever.Comment -

#35LMAO I have WON more money than you fools have lost, and that is saying something because I havent seen anyone that claims theyre so brilliant show any acumen at actually winning.
Everyone thought fezzik was a genius when he spouted the same bullshit you guys all do, then he won a couple hilton contests and then there was 'proof'.
Then he started posting his plays where people could actually see them without a veil of secrecy, then he started spouting more of his methodology and it became pretty apparent he didnt have a frigging clue.
Thats the beauty of the think tank, no one actually says anything that isnt completely theoretical or out and out bull shit. So therefore the few guys who post in there all share the same brain, and thus think theyre right. But that is math anyone with the same formula is going to get the same answer. how is that conducive to winning? Rhetorical question, but youre so smart you probably knew that anyway.
I made so much money when I was gambling for a living I dont have to do it now. I just do it for fun, and I still make more money than you guys do when I am fooling around. Because when you know what youre doing and arent confused by all the bull shit sports betting is easy.
people that think it is hard are just losers who get confused about all the stuff floating around.
I made so much money off guys who thought they were smarter than everyone else it was criminal. Straight up math has no place in sports betting, none. Black jack and cards is another matter, but the next time they kick a guy out of a sports book for using math will be the first time.
Any math guys that think they know should realize sports books know more (now) and then some.
but there is always the secrecy fall back, they dont want to release any of their secrets. LMAO what a crock of shit. Justin when he was daringly couldnt wait to spout off about the alternate runlines and how they were 'off'. One of the few times he was correct actually. But he probably was told by someone else. But we were raping those things for a couple years before the cat was let out of the bag.
While there may be an actual edge here or there in a few things they are no where near what they used to be and to find those edges you have to watch things very carefully. An actual edge not some line comparison and thinking you have an edge based on opinion. Thats another beauty math guys totally fail at the whole "+ ev" bullshit. Here is a hint for you idiots, you cant determine what + Even if if you dont know what EVEN is in the first place, and it surely isnt what some books determines when they post their lines or move them.Comment
