I've got the free trial right now but it wont load past 98%

anyone having this issue/know whats wrong?

I had the exact same problem on all browsers, not sure what the deal is, maybe something to do with the new flash that had came out?

I didnt put in any credit card # or anything, so I dont see how they could charge me.
