A's have no shot of beating Detroit.

it was a nice story but it's gonna end real soon

If they somehow pull out a miracle and beat Verlander... series is over. If they go back to Oakland 1-1 or 2-0 , A's got this in the bag.

          Thats right

With that said, as soon as Oakland announces their starter, I think I might jump all over the Tigers.

Who in the hell is gonna beat Justin Verlander in Comerica:
          Jarrod"not Weaver" Parker?
Peter Griffin? got shelled on Wednesday
Blackley? 1 win in 6 weeks
Milone has gone cold down the stretch

bats can only do so much, tigers got somer pretty good ones anyways

I'm not saying Tigers for the series, just this Saturday
List Verlander, and action on the A's side as soon as their is a line

Milone or Parker probably... Milone has not gone very deep into games recently though.

If Milone pitches he should probably try to pitch around Cabrerra and go after Fielder since its the lefty lefty matchup.

i could see milone going 4 innings and turning the ball over to another starter for 2 or 3 before giving way to the back end of the bullpen.

Tigers should win game 1. I bet they will be like a -175 or -200 favorite as well.
