Washington was not happy with him smiling while explaining his gaffe. Somewhat heated exchange between the two

what the hell is Washington gonna tell Hamilton in a situation like that lmao. Obviously Hamilton didnt mean to drop the ball. Talking to Hamilton in that situation just makes it worse. What about the decision Washington made to put Holland in another starter. Holland just got lit up and Washington is keeping him in still.

Agreed. What's the point of talking to a major league player about a dropped fly ball error. Nothing he says there is going to help him catch fly balls better, he's been doing it all his life. Good manager would've told him to forget about it and move on, not give him grief.

disagree. the guy has played quite a few balls like that this year, which have cost the rangers dearly, and needs to be ridden for it. maybe it'll help him to focus more, become a better fielder, and understand the situation they're in. totally unacceptable not to use two hands in a situation like that with the winds swirling.

are you kidding me your telling me Hamiliton doesnt understand the situation that they are in right now? Are you stupid? Hamiliton knows they are in a do or die situation that is a stupid remark on your end. Im in the Bay Area there aint shit for wind man it was the SUN. Its dry as a bucket outside. He didnt use two hands because he couldnt see the ball why do you think the Oakland made the error earlier when they couldnt field the in field pop up? Because of the sun.

Rangers bullpen can't keep the game close except for Uehara, as usual. A's bullpen lights out again. Errors all over the place wow!
