I would like to file a complaint vs Pinnacle

I sent in all my info.

US Passport , Costa Rican ID .

But I have no utility bills under my name since I rent , it is a common practice in costa rica for the landlords to provide all public services including water , cable , electricty .

I have offered to send them the house number utility bill which is also under the landlords name and to call me there at any time to verify the number.

They are now giving me the run around and I have been emailing them for 2 days now.

Matt in Costa Rica cell phones get charged automatically and they just send you a text message with the bill and you pay it.

That's bad business I dont have utility bill in my name either. I live in the states and I can tell you that the last apartment I lived in the landlord handled the utilities as you say. I had cable bills, insurance, credit card bills etc. They should accept some of those items.

BBD I used to play under a credit account under someone elses name we used to bet together and split the losses and the winnings as well.

This person is no longer betting and i opened my own account.
I have been nothing but a gentleman to them and to theur support , I have emailed my id my passport etc. They just wont help me on the utility bill and therefore not letting me play there.

This is not good practice for a book as good as Pinnacle .

I have even offered to send them phone utility , another water utility , and power bill all under the landlords name and to call me at the number whenever they want.

What else can I do?

I´m searching your posts and found this at first.

That´s an interesting story, because Pinnacle never ever want to proof my identity. No passport, no utility bill, no nothing. They send 7.000 Euro within 30 minutes without any proof of my identity.

Other books like australian Centrebet want to see my passport and also some utility bills which piss me off because I don´t have uitility bills and even if I have, I don´t to send them to the books.

But in the end I guess it´s not a problem to provide them with any fake utility bills.

I was really trying to be legit in order to avoid problems with them but I dont understand why they are going the extra mile on this.

I really did offer to send all the bills in the past 6 months of every utility i had since i live there , the same responses in the end I told them I was filing a complaint with SBR so now they are reviewing the docs ...about 20 mins ago i got an email saying if i could send them a reciept OF MY RENT .

I dont understand why this hassle i have complied with everything i can .

I will keep everyone posted , but this is really a hassle i mean its nice to know my money is safe there and that they go the extra mile but this is really borderline stupid.

I am depositing via Moneybookers and planning to withdraw that way as well .. whats the big deal?
