#73I knew Rousey back in the day. She dated my friend Mark Hidalgo. She came over to my house a couple times with him. Crazy seeing what shes evolved into.
I know Josh Barnett and Eric Paulson. Ive seen so many fighter come through that gym. Sherk, Page, Swanson, Lombard, Lesnar.
Ive always thought "what if" you could pay somebody enough to take a dive. Can you imagine?Comment -

#75Non existent. He's fighting Travis Browne. Travis Browne is going to run through BigFoot. Travis Browne knocked out Struve in the first round and Struves standup is 20X better then Silvas. Browne has a sick ground game, too. He could sub BigFoot if it goes there. I don't think it will though. They're gonna bang and its gonna be bad for Silva.Comment -

And Browne suddenly has a sick ground game because he subbed Chad Griggs? Seems a tad premature to meComment -

The words didn’t come from a coach, a training partner, or a fan. Following Josh Neer’s knockout loss to Mike Pyle in June, an upset that snapped a six fight winning streak, it was his five-year-old daughter reminding her dad of fighting’s cardinal rule.
“She told me in my next fight I have to keep my hands up,” said the welterweight veteran, “Every day I see her, ‘dad, you have to keep your hands up.’ She’ll even yell at me in practice. She’s my coach too.Comment -

#78Where are you going with this? You like BigFoot to win the fight Saturday? He's been knocked the fukkk out his last 2 fights. He's looked HORRIBLE this last year. Everything's premature when a guy has had 12 fights but from what I've seen he's looked good.Comment -

#79Not necessarily, but I dont think I'm confident enough in Browne to play him at -225 or at least to the point where I think Browne is going to run through him. Yes he got dominated in his last two fights but losing to Cain and Cormier isnt the end of the world!Comment -

#80Yah, I agree with you there. If Silvas able to get it to the ground hell have the advantage. Silvas not gonna trade with him. Mark my word. He's going to try and avoid the early onslaught, try and tire Browne out, and lay and pray his way to victory or try and sub him. Ijust personally think Browne catches him for another first round ko and yes,im laying the juice! HahaComment -

#81If Browne continues to do his Dominick Cruz imitation and bounce in and out and circle a lot it's going to be difficult for Bigfoot to get the takedown. Only way he'll get it is if he manages to pin Browne against the cage and drags him down but that wont be easy. Or if he catches a leg kick or just catches Browne off balance and they fall to the mat. But yeah, for all we know Browne could be like a fish out of water when on his back, be like a Kyle Kingsbury!Comment -

#87I know for a fact that Browne, at least in training, has an extremely strong BJJ game, especially for his belt rank.Comment -

How can you guys be so sure that he's going to destroy Bigfoot when he couldn't beat Kongo and looked like crap against a dude like Broughton?
I'm pretty sure this is gonna be the first fight where Browne is significantly smaller than his opponent (Struve was like..5lbs heavier) Bigfoot is gonna be closer to 35lbs heavier.Comment -

#89Compared to a 285lb legit-BB Bigfoot Silva? A guy who didn't get subbed by Fabricio Werdum?

#90I think Browne has more explosive power and more tricks in the bag but I also think a game Bigfoot is a tough fight for anyone and Browne could lose. I don't think it's lobsided at all just a slight advantage.Comment -

#91It just comes down to who has the better gameplan and who's able to execute. Browne has finished most of his fights in the first round. If it go's into the 3rd round he might find himself in trouble. Like the Kongo fight. He dominated the first round but wasn't able to finish and slowed down and barely pulled off the draw. BigFoot is a legitimate Black Belt. Browne has a purple belt but from what I've seen he's not a fish out of water on the mat. If BigFoot gets the takedown and grinds it out Browne could be in trouble. I still think that Brownes explosiveness and killer instinct will get him the first round ko.
I layed the juice on Bisping and I never second guessed myself. This is a little harder to pull the trigger on because BigFoot will be the best competitor he's faced but Brownes a savage. I think he beats BigFoot then gets someone like Roy Nelson and then will be considered a legit top 10 Heavyweight.Comment -

#92i felt the line was more then a bargain at -210 now its back up to -225'ish its to deep, no way you can lay the juice, he hasnt fought anyone browne and silva has fought the best. His chin is suspect of course from what we seen, this should be a tailed made match up for browne and he should get the tko by round 2 but -225 line is too high, if he was closer to -150 -175'ish it would be perfect.Comment -

#93I think the value is entirely in the KO line, which I got at -110. How else does Browne win this fight?Comment -
