i got flagged by them back in 07...them this year i by chance tried to use my real name and everything went thru..i do have a different phone number than back them, so maybe that made a difference, or your black listing falls off automatically after a few years or something.

Thanks for the info Brock: It's a stressful prospect going to these stores because they give you the third degree and should just do their job. I guess what's the worst thing that they can tell me as long as I stay below 1K----I'll have to give this some thought.
