Some cash, some lines of credit. You could figure out a VAR for your daily handle, and the normally hold period on cash. Most likely operate like banks, holding little cash compared to the deposits, figuring that not everyone would want to cash out at the same time.

Basically most shops down here are agents who had about a 100 guys and they decided to come and set up a credit shop. Post up is relativly new to this industry but i have a friend down here who never spent a dime of his own money and opened up shop and did very well. He got lucky but he had plenty of cash from his credit biz to back it if anything went wrong. He is by far one of the most intelligent bookmakers down here by far. Guys like Ron and Tony arnt actually that smart they just came down at the right time and know how to market better then the rest.

The hardest part is clientel. People believe every new book is a scam. Their isnt much you can offer that the powerhouses dont already own.

I think the best way to start is through a PPH at a big book like Bookmaker, ppl trust the name. Hell if you bring in enough clientel you could just live off the 25% kick back your getting. In time once you have a big enough pool of people you open your own website. You take your mass clientel with you and no one will then just assume its a scam.
