    no no no...

Palin is not qualified to be president of the US, thats what the VP is suppose to be. Someone who can step in if needed.

the RNC started with way more money than the DNC... and the RNC is much more organized.

The republicans problem is they were too busy attacking attacking and attacking and not running a campaign based on issues. Obama stayed on topic and got the job done.

McCain didn't figure this out until 3 weeks before election day. McCain would have won had he done this 2 months ago.

      what makes her not qualified?
      what are the qualifications?

rnc started with way more money? when are you talking about? not in this election cycle, not even close.
rnc more organized? what does that mean?

and let me get this straight, reps were busy attacking, and then mccain figured out 3 weeks before election day to stay on topic and not attack? and by then it was too late?

dude that is the most asinine campaign analysis i've ever heard.
mccain didnt start "attacking" until the last 3 weeks. i don't know why pointing out your opponents associations and ideology is considered attacking but whatever. mccain shouldve been doing it from day one. and kept hammering it over and over. THAT is why he lost. Obama kept change change change. then finally someone asked him what is this change was. and then he started with taxcut taxcut taxcut and enough idiots bought it.

Exactly, Obama's a terrorist, Obama has no executive experience (newsflash, nor does McCain). Obama laid out his plan to fix the nation, McCain simply said he wouldn't raise taxes, hardly a plan.

Wrong, I could have won as the Dem nominee. This was more an indictment of the Repubs than anything. I don;t see any Repub winning unless they could establish they were in conflict with Bush on most issues from the start. Even then, it would be tough.

Intelligence, experience - more than 20 months as governor of a puny population, composure, etc. Be it your opinion that she was qualified, awesome, most of teh country disagrees.

He turned it up then, but he was on the attack from the start. Of course not his fault, that is the Repub protocol.

This is why you neo-cons won't win for a while, you still think slandering is a good practice in politics. When things are going well, it can work, but times like this, people worry more about substance and Obama delivered. BTW, Obama said more than tax cuts, he said tax increase for the rich, tariff for exporting work, healthcare reform, and a lot of other key issues.
