I'm thinking Williams. He's not splitting as much carries as of late. They are playing Detroit. I'm also taking Johnson. The reason is if Rex plays, there is a good chance Rex has some turnovers, which will give CJ more chances to score a td.
Going with Pennington this weekend, he's having a great season. The jets have no defense and Favre is having a terrible year.

going Stewart, Johnson. Johnson because if Rex gets in the game...He's an interception/fumble machine. So Johnson should get more touches...more td's maybe...
I'm also thinking Pennington has a better day against Seattle than Favre does against the Rams...
Rams been playing better now that they fired there coach.

Favre vs. Rams
Williams vs. Raiders
Jonathan Stewart is probably out and the Raiders D is awful. Titans and Bears both have good defenses.

I guess I am the only one that thinks Pennington will outperform Favre this week (let me stress, I am talking about this week only!).
This is a dead spot for the Jets, as they are coming off of a big road division win at Buffalo and they have New England up next with a short week on Thursday night. Since they are playing a Rams team that they can beat sleepwalking, I expect them to be lethargic, and that should affect Favre's numbers.
Miami is facing a bad Seattle defense, and the Seahawks are in that dreaded West Coast team playing at 1:00 ET position. And Seattle has been even worse than other west teams playing an early game in the East, going 2-12 under Holmgren in this situation.

I think you might be forgetting how bad St. Louis' defense is. Plus Steven Jackson is out, which most likely means more 3 & outs for their offense. Which I believe will give Favre plenty of opportunities to throw on this awful defense.

No I'm not forgetting, read my point on Seattle. And I don't expect the Jets oiffense to be that creative in a sandwich game, they can win this game by running on the Rams too.
