getting fed up with 5 dimes,
1) running slow on game day,

2) customer service- i've asked 5 times this week to grade 2 of my future wagers (that have clearly cashed team total over wins) yet they are still pending, getting pretty annoying to have to keep asking

They won't do anything before 160 games are played. Settle down. Normal industry procedure.

Love them both. If you want a lot of options with higher limits then Heritage. If you like a great CS book with fast payouts & a personal touch then Betislands. Can't go wrong with either.

Exactly, most have a clause that requires 160 games be played. It's kind of like asking the Book to grade your Over bet in the 7th inning--no one's going to do it.

if you want more betting option along with higher amount payout, go with heritage.. betislands payout is lightning fast but their limit is low..
