There may be "sharper" posters on the board handicapping-wise, but these guys are still solid and create great, knowledge-based discussion about games and everything else. Now that Cougar's gone, they're the two posters who always provide quality content and threads worth reading. PT is a more well-rounded place because of them -- still a cesspool, but at least they breathe a little life and balance into it.

Milwaukee, while I tend to read a lot of his post - he is from Milwaukee, which is essentially a suburb of Chicago. So he is good in my book.

Good question but i need more info. Which part of the government? I actually know a guy in milwaukee area that is about 55 years old and works as a bartender. He gets food stamps, free utilities, doesn't have to pay his real estate taxes, government even paid for new windows and roof on his house just because he is poor and lazy.

If you're talking irs, they don't like to hand money out like other parts of the government do.
