Heather Fargo is a heinous bitch. KJ did a great job leading the restructure of Sac High (he is an alumnus) and has done a great job in the community with St Hope. Among other things, I'm pretty sure he will get a downtown arena too. Heather Fargo tried but came up with the most absurd "plan" that got voted down 75/25.
