Why is Bovada considered an "A" book? They're a C+ at best.

From what I've heard, they've got this problem resolved at least somewhat. Although I haven't requested a payout from them recently so I can't confirm.
My check payouts from bodog used to take just three days. My last payout from Bovada took literally a month. Now their checks apparently take 5-10 days.
The biggest thing that bugs me about them is that they started charging a deposit fee.Comment -
How much is the deposit fee? I havent deposited with them in a while, but they just destroyed me in the bacarat casino and am looking for a new book. By the way, I have never won 7 times playing the casino bacarat on bovada. But I have lost twice now 7 times in a roll to totally wipe my balance out there. They have yet to respond as to why I can lose 7 times in a roll, but not win 7 times in a roll.
Bovada is C+ if that. There customer service and no deposit given back to anyone who bet packers vs Seahawks is a complete joke. Customer service is decent as they respond quick. But quick response doesnt mean customer service is good.Comment -
Not the only Book who deals two lines. I suppose they can do that legally.
I've already explained in detail why they have no business being an A Book.
I give them C- as long as they pay?
I'll have to wait 10 business days to get my funds. That could be 12/15 days.
I do not want to see people in need of a job lose theirs over an incompetent Book, though.
They need a good as* chew and maybe they can do better?

They do offer some off numbers on dogs because all of the squares that bet there hammer the huge favorites and leave the door open for someone who knows better than to lay all that juice. But overall, Bovada is not a good option for me. I would grade them a C- because of all the things I do not like about their sportsbook. Lines are off the board for extended periods being one of the many things I really do not like.Comment -

Hey Lou, like many people on here have stated, there are several things that are bothersome there:
- VERY late lines
- some lines don't even come out at all, so that's annoying
- took a month for my check to get to me
- no live chat. really?
- and like many people have said, the dual lines
I have played at 5dimes as well, and 5dimes absolutely blows them out of the water. Bovada is not an "A" book, I'm sorry. That's just my opinion, and I respect yours for what you graded them. I just want to know why you have them as an "A" so I can understand.Comment -
Financial strength, ownership, player disputes, security, etc, all play large parts in the rating process. You could get 100, or 10,000 players in a room and opinions will differ.
No rating is perfect and they will always change. Bovada lost its A rating when it lost grasp on processing through certain methods, like any good shop it quickly weathered the storm and got back to its quoted time-frame. Your feedback is appreciated and you make some good points. I think the most recurring complaint from players is the profiling, but good risk mgt. while an inconvenience to those pegged as advantage players is a sign of a together, professional outfit.Comment -
