greinke 13 Ks in 5 innings so far

Am I seeing this right? Hes given up a decent amount of hits and walks, but all the outs he is getting are Ks! Kinda weird.

They pulled him bc his pitch count was out of control. Way over 100. And he was loading up the bases every inning seemed like. But when he did get outs, all but 2 of the 15 were Ks. Thats why it was so strange. I think they ended up close to 20 Ks as a team.
