If the customer feels the casino is a scam, he won't ever play there again. If he believe it is fair, he will keep coming back for more and keep getting his ass kicked long term.
You are right, they aren't held accountable and thus many probably do cheat. But I'd rather sucker the guy into playing my high-casino-edge games every time he makes a deposit, instead of turning him off of them the first time making it blatently clear I'm cheating.Comment -
