They both had two hands on it all the way
What determines possession?
I don't believe in a higher power but someone or something is putting these replacement refs in some fukked up situations

I beg to differ, packers' jennings had clear control of the ball. Go frame by frame, tate has left hand in but no hands on the ball and then wraps it up

Jeez I'm sorry Mike - you're obviously a Packer Fan (I'm a Viking Fan ironically enough) but Green Bay was flat out robbed in a way that I've never even seen before.
The NFL should be ashamed and embarrassed over this. Getting to the point that there will be an asterisk next to this year's Super Bowl Winner.

Don't forget about the blatant pass interference when the WR shoves the DB to the ground....what a joke
I won my teaser, didn't matter anyway to me...but I feel bad for packer backers....
All I can say is....
PAY THE DAMN REFS ALREADY !!!

Yeah even if that was the bears i'd be completely shocked that wasn't overturned. Given the circumstances of the phantom roughing the passer and phantom pass interference vs the packers, this was crazy

NFL is a mutli-billon dollar industry and they can't afford to give the real referees a bump in pay of an extra $25,000 per referee?
Somebody get Donald Fehr up in this b*tch.

I agree, after back to back terribly officiated games in prime time the nfl has their back against the wall.

Jennings had a possession with the ball on his chest with two hands. Tate just put one arm around the ball. Easy call. How could those foot locker fxxxers miss that?

If I am the officials's union, I send the 4th quarter of this game to Roger Godell's office with a note: "Our demands now are increased by 25%. Your move asshole."

No way that play should have been called a TD. Jennings clearly had the ball in his possession hugged up to his chest. The black ref had it called right when he waved his hands to indicate touch back/Int.

Whats the use for instant replay if these refs can't see a clear interception and how about the push off by receiver...they didn't see that?

This one's on a whole new indisputable level -- and I hate both teams.

Yep. That same referee called defense pass INT on the Packer DB when Sidney Rice mauled him to get to the ball.
Unbelievable.

A few more weeks of this will really hurt the NFL. Goodelle's nuts are going to be squeezed and I think a deal will be done soon or else he'll go down as the worst commissioner of a sport in a long time.
Simultaneous possession does go to the receiver, and this point hasn't been emphasized enough. However, the game was poorly called in the 4th quarter and the call on the field should probably have been an INT in this big play.
But hey, I was on Seattle, and I'll appreciate being on lucky **** here.

Damn straight. This was pretty much the nut outcome for them. A controversial bad call that costs a game for a very public team on Monday Night Football.
