Well, 2007 or so saw the same issues, check sbr reliability report on them. They had a lot of issues until after the US neteller shutdown and they got things updated and more capacity to deal with a flood of new business. Suspect same here, less reliable shops now that we have no Betjam or greek for US customers and no matchbook. 5ds picked up bulk of those players and is stretched thin...hard to finanicially justify adding extra web services for game time rush of wagering.

Been playing 5 Dimes for years now. After 2 weeks of NFL Sundays where I was not able to log-in, I withdrew everything last Monday and posted up at BookMaker. Yes, there are less selections at BookMaker, but there are NO selections at 5 Dimes when you can't log-in.
