I watched some old Fiba action of Iran.... they play good ball. Ditto for the replays I saw of them in this tourney. Problem is that they play lazy from the start..... look at all their games and they had to come from behind in almost all of them.
Despite that, they covered in 5 of their last 6 games.... 5 in a row. They were down by double digits in 3 games and almost in a 4th.... and they covered the spread in all of those games. This is simply b/c they are the superior team.
In their game a few days ago vs Japan they were down by double digits at the half and almost outscored Japan by a score of 50-30 in the 2half. That happens b/c of supremacy.
Japan opened fave here, Iran now the fave. Playing in Japan.... but I'd have to roll w/ Iran. If I could bet this at hte half or live, I'd wait until til then..... Japan at home should start hot.Comment -

Looking forward, I think it's fair to say that the Raiders will not go 8-6 to finish the season. 7-7 is also a fantasy. 6-8 if they're lucky.... which means they'll be 6-10 SU on the year
At the end of 2012 season, fading Raiders over last 8 years would likely give you 56% ATS over 100 games.
