* Contestants are required to open a NEW sportsbook account with one of the following sponsors through any of the links listed below, the links in "My Account", or the links provided on the sportsbook account signup page (in accordance with the rules and policies of each book) and make a minimum deposit of $100 (pre-existing accounts do not qualify):

* In addition to any promotions offered by your new sportsbook, you will receive an additional cash bonus to your account based on the following schedule, subject to successful verification of your new account. * Deposits from $250 USD to $499 USD will receive an additional bonus of 5%
* Deposits from $500 USD to $999 USD will receive an additional bonus of 10%
* Deposits of $1000 USD or greater will receive an additional bonus of 15%, up to a maximum of $500 USD
* All deposits and additional bonuses will be subject to a 5x rollover as well as the Terms and Conditions of the sponsoring sportsbook.
