Oh, thought you meant a party at an candidate's local election headquarters. The one I went to in Nov 1972 at Nixon's Houston offices, there was a bunch of sodas, chips and cookies and I spent most of the evening trying to convince this little Rice coed to take me back to her place. Pretty boring actually.
