Anyone got any leans. Can someone explain the o/u in tennis to me. say the Vera Zvonareva match it was O/U 23 and Vera wins 6-4, 6-4. Which equals to 20 total games won. So the under would win correct?

Yup that is correct.Its just the number of games in the match. 23 games would be a push.Just like other sports
Remember when you are betting tennis though to always read all of the rules at your book.Some books have all bets void if there is a retirement and other books have one full set completed then all bets are valid if there is a retirement. Could make a difference in the future if you bet on a match with a retirementComment
