I agree, there is always something going on sports wise not to mention half the tech products being produced there we all use. South bay housing prices are just ridiculous though. Lincecum is even throwing the ball well. Stanford still has a vicious schedule, at Notre dame, at Oregon, at Ucla to finish up the season. They really surprised me though.

Only place in So Cal worth not burning with fire and selling to the chinese is San Diego and surrounding.
If LA burnt to the ground, not a single fukk would be given by any sane individual. Cess pool. Not even worth visiting. Only few places bother me as much as LA. That track of road between Vegas and Tahoe if you drive through Nevada, where Nuke Town is a real thing - I'd rather be there than LA.

LMAO San Diego is over run with illegals and if theyre not illegal then they might as well be. I used to go down to a place not far from the border and literally watch guys cross over and go to work on construction sites, then at the end of the day (most) of them would go back. LA and some parts of OC are over run by the Asians but SD is completely over run by Mexicans. Ever been there for the Super Bowl? They dont show THAT shit on TV thats for sure, all they talk about is how beautiful the weather is and the usual feel good stuff.
The city of L.A. itself yeah not that great, but there are plenty of other cities in and around there that aren't too bad.
I know Northern California pretty well too since my wife is from Napa and I have spent more than my fair share of time up there. You know what I think of it? She is up there for a week or so for her high school reunion and to visit family and I stayed home, didnt even care if I went. basically once you see that place once thats all you need, besides now that it is Sept it will be raining half the time anyway. Weather up there compared to down here isnt even close.
But these threads always crack me up they have teams there all the time but Giants only team recently that actually finished the deal. And it took them over 50 years since their last one to do that. Raiders are garbage, Warriors are run like shit,49ers will win a lot of regular season games but doubtful they win it al any time soon, Oakland A's dont have any money so they cant win, Sharks who gives a penetrate about hockey they probably lose another season yeah thats quite a sport right there, Stanford, great they are smart and they beat up on an over rated USC team every year. Theyll lose 3 or 4 games like they always do and be totally irrelevant in a few weeks.

To me San Jose St football is the most impressive so far this season. Oakland has won like this in the past. San Jose St has like 5 winning seasons that I can think of on the top of my head. 5 may be pushing it.
Still its good to see the Giants and the A's still alive. Making it to the playoffs in baseball is no easy feat.

I go to SJSU and in years past, a lot of people would go tailgate and fuckin shitfaced drunk and then just leave and wouldn't watch the game cuz they were so bad. This year, they're actually decent.
Also, Giants are moving on! Hopefully A's too

Yep, those Spartans are looking good so far. Keep supporting them. Take that drunken crowd into the game and give the other team hell.
