Its 1 in the morning and just lost $1500 from poker tonight.

My excel spreadsheet tells me now that I am down $7,050 for the year with BJ and poker.

I started the year great with poker but had a bad bad run and now down a lot.

I also lost about $5500 in the stock market playing with options calls/putts.

So I guess that puts me close to being down $13,000. In Retrospect, all that money can really help me right now. Sigh.

I hate gambling.

I think I should stop.

Online poker is brutal... If I bet sports I come out ahead. The minute I start playing poker online I go south. Last year my figures in sports at youwager up 13k yet I was always friking depositing due to poker.

Especially, if you're the kind of person who gambles for fun and for the adrenaline rush or simply a bad gambler.

After 300+ hours of grinding I am actually up... $6.52 ! Unfortunately, I just bought a 10 dollar scratch off that failed to hit, so that 30 seconds I rubbed a quarter on a piece of flimsy cardboard actually outweighs the hundreds of hours of disciplined hold'em play.

people in a casino most often has a higher skill level, also i dont think may casinos offer poker with 0,10$ in BB. also you dont need poker face wich is one of the bigger factors in real poker. I think people in a casino will run you over quite faster than on the internet.
