    truenorth.bet - Accounts closed - funds foreited
as awarning to others and ask for guidance
my wife and I both made accounts for TrueNorth.Bet, won the free bet promo bet on each account, sent for verification and now notified that both accounts are closed and funds forfeited... this is a large sum of money, including my original deposits
its outright theft.. not sure what action to pursue
we share the same address but had our own separate accounts/devices and played our own bets. I understand they are not regulated by iGaming, so i'm a little worried.

Scanning their Terms as well there is no mention about not having the same household, except for bonus terms

    Did they refund your deposits?

It's not permitted under Common Law in Canada for a private company to issue a "fine". Which confiscating a deposit is considered as.

Lots of problems with TNB, they are not an iGaming regulated book, they are operating using the indian/indigenous angle (nation).

Have been hearing lots of complaints obout TNB, extremely shitty lines and the only reason to signup would be for the bonus, which many people are trying and multi-accounting and then having withdrawal problems. This book will not tolerate duplicate accounts.

I suppose they are under the bullshit Kahnawake Gaming Commission license. Which means the bookie is safe from any wrongdoing as long as the license fees are paid.
