BOL has horrible CS and they constantly slow-pay, but their claim to fame is that no one has ever been stiffed. It's one of two reasons that SBR keeps them on their recommended list, the other being their monthly bribe (a.k.a. advertising payment). If this complaint is valid, BOL's reputation is at stake here.
