It's a shitt-show for sure. Shinseki is a massive failure and has been for over a decade even while still on active duty.
There are some good, dedicated people....uniformed and civilian...who are busting their asses on posts around the country in the WTC facilities but they are getting NO help from Washington where they need it.
More has been done through charity and friends/family for the veterans on little resources than the govt as a whole. It's pretty pathetic.
