Starting my own thread with nfl picks, my forte is ncaa basketball, but I do enjoy betting on the nfl as well. I'm going to start with 20* (1*=$100), lines are from Bet365. Juice fixed at 10%.

I really like the falcons tonight, although I'm scared of it being a close game. I can see the falcons by 4-10 tonight.

Alright solid win last night! Great way to start my season (a little late, but I prefer to usually sit out weeks 1-2, to get a solid grasp of all the teams).

I've never liked the giants. I've never respected eli as a quality quarterback. Sorry to giants fans, but I don't know how this team won 2 Superbowls in the last 5 years, especially the last one. I find the giants typically start slow and finish hard. It's not why pick carolina for me, it's simply go against the giants, especially on the road in the first half or even two thirds of the season.

A big thing that everyone has been talking about is the % of home teams winning, and home teams winning ats. I think the trend will continue simply because I find there is a lot of parody in the league. Other than the top 5 and bottom 5 teams in the league I think its quite even, and the hfa should be greatly considered.
