Mike Tice Is a Horrible O-Coordinator

Looks like that same old Mike Martz offense. Long routes that take too long to develop, Cutler gets sacked. How about a few screen plays or some short routes to help out your QB and O-line. Every snap this game seems like his receivers are all running routes 15+ yards down field.

A good O-Coordinator would do something to get something going between Cutler and Marshall.

Why aren't they on a throwing 3 step drop ? No screen passes either. No adjustments during the game. Basic shit. Awful

Cutler flat out isn't a great QB. The guy is skittish as all hell in the pocket and runs into half those sacks. The protection wasn't THAT bad, definitely seen worse. Hell, he coulda thrown the ball away too.
