The chargers seem to have too many question marks, particularly at RB and LT. Although Carson Palmer is difficult to trust, the raiders run game and d-line appear to be strong. Baltimore owns the bengals, and can be expected to be particularly tough at home on Monday night. That said, each game could be quite close, but edge goes to home team in both games.
