Analysis

Bills +3

The additions to the front 4 will be key. Jets owned bills last year but this is a much improved bills squad. Jets have struggled mightily which has caused the NY media to pounce all over rex & co. They are playing this game under tremendous pressure and I think that the Jets will fold. Expect a ton of forced balls from mr.sanchez in this one. I was also told by a friend (who is a sub-par bettor) that jets were a "lock", and you know what that means.

Rams +9

Rams might as well be playing with a high school secondary. Easily the worst cornerback combo in the league. Rams were an underachieving team last year, Jeff Fisher will greatly improve the squad. Addition of finnegan should help quite down calvin a bit, however he is only 5'10 vs a 6'5 calvin - so this should be an interesting matchup. Im sure calvin will get his points, but the rams will also get theirs, and steven jackson should hopefully slow down game as well

Browns +10

Over the past few years I have seen many big favorites go down in the dog pound. Vick is aging and will not be what he once was. Brandon weeded most likely will not be a star at all , but trent richardson will be the key. Eagles defense was horrendous vs run last year and although additions were made, they will still be far cry from top run stopping defense. Trent should slow game down, and home field adv should help them slow down an aging mike vick on other side of the ball.

Packers -4.5

I believe san francisco is a great team with a solid defense and made many good offensive additions in the off season. However, their defensive weakness is there secondary which aaron rodgers will exploit. San fran, a traditionally run heavy squad will need to go to the air early. I don't believe they have the offensive fire power to hang with the packers. Niners were an over achieving team last year. It is very difficult to re-conjure up the type of chemistry they had last season- similar to the energy that the saints had when they won the Super Bowl. Niners should come back to earth a bit this year.

Pats -4.5

And here it is! The Trap! The Square play!.... Listen, I could be wrong on this one, but something tells me that the line will close at 6, right where one would expect it to be. If it closes at 4.5 then i would be cautious of the trap. Seems more like sharps squeezing a middle to me. Take a look at the pats on the road last yr vs spread. They busted a ton of traps. I am a firm believer in betting opposite of traps, but something tells me that pats win by 7+ in this one. I also wouldn't say that the money is as lopsided as one would think because vegas takes plenty of bigger bets from the "sharps" pounding Tennessee.. I wouldn't take this line at 6, but at 4.5 seems like value to me. However, if you want that number you most likely have to take it right now. The major risk of taking it now is that if i am wrong and the line hovers around 4.5 then most likely it is a trap indeed- but if the line jumps back to 5.5/6 before game time I'd say you need worry less about the trap. This game is a tough call but something tells me it could be easy money. especially with finnegan gone and a rookie at qb, and that horrific o-line and all of the defensive concentration in offseason by bellicheck.

Im eating the juice on the chargers at -6 ...i further evaluated the game and don't like the matchup as much now. chargers front 4 are suspect which should allow tenessee's below average o-line to have a decent game.. thus allowing chris johnson to have a better game.. thus slowing down the game.

Also... I added another 100 on rams/redskins under.. rams o-line in very bad shape.. rams d way better than saints.. shanahan vs fisher.. seems like a classic under to me.

possibly looking to add SMU before game time...missouri shot down to -3 with news of qb being GT decision..did not see that coming at all, I'm stuck with a huge line on this game -6.5.. that type of sh*t rarely happens to me I'm pissed.
