My First Post! Week 1 picks

I've been using a system throughout preseason and baseball and it's been pretty effective for me so far. So here are my week 1 picks. If i do well and anyone is interested in using the same system or commenting to give insight please dont hold back!

Eagles -8.5
Titans+6.5 (The Pats are a trap bet!!!!) Be aware
Minnesota-4
Tampa Bay+2.5
