In my opinion i am big fan, and know alot about football compared to the average person. Ive just started to bet a bit im only 22. My friends constantly ask me for advice but i find myself struggling my self.(3-5 last week) Is there a better way to disect games and other angles to look at them as a better, than a intense fan. How do you guys cap games? Also what is the deal with reverse line movement and teasers. Thanks in advamce

#2The best advice that I can give is: Decide on what you want to do, then do the opposite. Wins every time.Comment -

#3Teasers are bets where you add or subtract points to the spread or total on a minimum of two games. You need all to cover the new spread to win. Here is a six point teaser.
Example:
Normal Spread Teaser Spread
Det -7 Det -1
Minn +7 Minn -7
Some tips: don't bet too many games, try not to bet often on teams that are your favorites. Don't bet many games where the home team is a big dog. A lot of people who start betting typically only bet favorites, try not to over do the favorites.Comment
